To further prove how stupid Cavendish has come they then market the very same 32 Hoole Road for an asking price of 750k then three weeks later drop it by £250,000 to an asking price of £500,000 without explanation.

At this point any reader would be forgiven into thinking this was a clear case of PRICE FIXING which as probate scam staff are concerned clearly is!

How on earth can any estate agent claim they have no information when clearly, they have instructions implied or otherwise that the main beneficiary of the probate has been hoodwinked into Cavendish marketing the property irrespective of who the executer is and, in this regards, Mr. James Beresford BLM/CLYDE and Co.

Obviously, communications between these parties were exchanged and obviously the main beneficiary would have been mentioned in the correspondence, so it follows the only way cavendish residential is refusing to provide a SAR is to help coverup a crime?

An even bigger question would then arise for any prospective future Cavendish clients, can Cavendish be trusted if they promise from the outset one thing then allow the executer to drop the agreed selling price by 300k in just under 3 weeks what that says about their professionalism and care of duty to protect the estates maximum value?
