More Chester RICS Accredited So-Called Professionals Caught Undervaluing.

Just when one would have thought it could not get any worse for RICS in the Northwest of England yet another two Valuers has dropped their initial £850,000 that was recorded to £650,000.

A 200k drop in valuations how can anyone trust these 2 jokers again and both claim to offer the correct probate valuations for their clients!

No one wants to do 32 Hoole Road, Chester at all, but where they all fall down is 32 is same size as 42 Hoole road and went for  $920,000

But Add 15% to 32 as it is detached so where did they get a valuation of only £490,000 from? Probate Scammers the lot of them!

We have written to both today asking for comments so they have a proper right to reply before we publish the questions in full we have put to them.

But it gets even worse, one of them then refused to do any valuation at all after agreeing to the fee so obviously he was warned off by the local Chester probate/estate Scammers.

What is it with Northwest England and Chester estate agents and RICS professionals, its getting increasingly difficult for anyone not to think everyone of them are as corrupt as hell.
