You have to hand it to Clyde and Company and their defense solicitors Kennedy’s for trying to flog the dead donkey James Beresford, former legal 500 and Northwest of England STEP representative for not even being an active solicitor on or around the 7th of July 2022.

Imagine our surprise when we asked the SRA this morning to confirm when Mr. Beresford told them he no longer wanted to be regulated by his regulator and told them by mid March I will no longer be practicing law!

Bet that will come as a massive shock to judge Chadwick and Hodge in Liverpool probate courts as they both made rulings that the then solicitor through BLM agents agreed to not sell a property for under 750k only to break the undertaking no less than 3 times when he was not even insured to be a solicitor is both shocking and most likely legal fraud.

Which makes Charlotte Pritchard actions formerly of BLM LAW then Clyde and company absolutely despicable as an officer of court using Beresford’s electronic signature on a TR1 LAND REGISTRY form on the 7th of July 2022 when they sold the property at 32 Hoole Road Chester for £260,000 less than the court undertaking when they simply had no right to sell it to start with.

Of course they did sell it to friends that are legal and surveyor insider friends and refused 2 bids of over £1 m just to sell it cheap for their mates.
