JAMES EDWARD BERESFORD SOLICITOR DEFAMATION LEGAL COMPLAINT.

JAMES EDWARD BERESFORD SOLICITOR DEFAMATION LEGAL COMPLAINT.

James Edward Beresford Solicitor Defamation Legal Complaint that abuses free speech and legally justified criticism against his practices and warning all potential probate victims they might just be next.

Here is the actual ALLEGED complaint passed on to Google by James Beresford’s legal/reputation management.

Case for the defence against Beresford and if he truly believes he’s correct, which he’s not then take him to court and prove it in open court.

How many English solicitors gets to break not one but three Tomlin Orders and a Manchester high court injunction (undertaking) in the same probate case?

How many English solicitors gets to abuse the courts in the respect of stopping a house sale by going to the probate office and land registry by adding a caveat (himself) yes that’s right he should be struck off just for that alone.

How many English probate solicitors gets to damage the estates value by selling £250,000 less than a Tomlin Order without a variance order?

Beresford was a top legal 500 member, a S.T.E.P representative of North West England member and has completely disappeared from view.

Perhaps its temporary but one thing is for sure BLM Law has not just deleted this partner they have deleted the entire probate department or perhaps it had to much heat on the Clyde & Co BLM Merger?

Of course even stranger is the fact the partner and crime at BLM Charlotte Pritchard has been left to oversee Beresford’s probate projects and she is only an Associate, work that one out if one can.

To prove our point SDL Auctions was instructed by Beresford 2 years ago to sell a £1m property at 32 Hoole Road for £450,000. After a London Rolls court stated SDL could be sued for £550,000 loss they dropped it like a hot potato they even had a confirmed bidder but after asking for a copy of the Tomlin order ran a mile.

Then we have Beresford at it again he gets a slapped legal wrist for instructing Cavendish Residential of Chester who wanted to market it at over £800,000 to start with but started at £750,000 after Beresford was instructed by the very strange judge Hodge (Liverpool) he agreed to the undertaking of a min 750k asking price. As evidenced below.

Three weeks later old Beresford was back up to his old tricks of trying to sell the estate on the cheap buy instructing Cavendish to drop the price by 250k now please tell us who drops a property price of one quarter of a million pounds and Cavendish’s original 800k valuation if no PRICE FIXING SCAMS is going on???

Cavendish Residential chester sells for 500k 3 weeks later image.

One can’t simply make this stuff up, Beresford has vanished no-one at BLM knows where poor James has went to, legal500 can’t tell anyone why he’s no longer ranked and STEP has removed him from their entire website, we ask why?

We hope Google reviews this post and makes up their own minds on this so-called alleged case in particular?

Cavendish has stated on their website the sale was agreed 9 months ago till this post that is 8 months someone has a live bid on hold for!

If anyone still thinks there’s no probate scam going on whatever you do we recommend you don’t buy any property yourself anytime soon or ever!

How is it No one else was allowed to bid on this property just one person apparently look what one is getting;
