We have said many times during the probate case of 32 Hoole Road Chester, that under BLM Law and now the merged law firm Clyde & C0 that so many things went wrong we can now prove it 100%.
We have not been posting on this site for a while due to Clyde and Co refusing to publish these estates or probates financial statement but after 27 months they have been released.

Whoever is running the show at Clyde and Co for 32 Hoole Road they are so corrupt they even let themselves down by being so stupid as to falsify Past lawyer for the estates accounts signature.
Now at the time of the sale 7/7/22 James Beresford on the TR1 document signed with a alleged electronic signature god knows why that was but we suspect it was not by his direct authorization as he was no longer a registered SRA solicitor. (Legal Fraud)
Now Charlotte Pritchard was there to witness it, very strange and yes electronic signatures on TRI documents are legally frowned upon but that’s why they had to get rid of BLM Law but they were so stupid they stamped it with Clyde and Company!
Roll on the signing of the accounts and yet again they use what they thought was a genuine Beresford electronic signature with an utterly fake one or perhaps both were fake thus making the sale of 32 Hoole Road legally invalid?
They sold this probate for £260,000 less then the minimum Tomlin order with no legal variances sought and the solicitor friends of theirs flipped it for near £300,000 profit 18 months later and left the main beneficiary of the will with £2000 out of £600,000 in proceeds.
What is worse is the fact they charged him 7k for a sale of the previous HMO Guest House in earl 2020 that NEVER HAPPENED and another 6k when it only costs £272 max fees for a property sale of 490k Shocking Corrupt Solicitors
