Whoever is running the show at Clyde and Co for 32 Hoole Road they are so corrupt they even let themselves down by being so stupid as to falsify Past lawyer for the estates\u00a0 accounts signature.<\/p>\n

Now at the time of the sale 7\/7\/22 James Beresford on the TR1 document signed with a alleged electronic signature god knows why that was but we suspect it was not by his direct authorization as he was no longer a registered SRA solicitor. (Legal Fraud)<\/p>\n

What is worse is the fact they charged him 7k for a sale of the previous HMO Guest House in earl 2020 that NEVER HAPPENED and another 6k when it only costs \u00a3272 max fees for a property sale of 490k Shocking Corrupt Solicitors<\/p>\n
