ABSOLUTE PROOF CLYDE & COMPANY IS AS CORRUPT AS WE CLAIM.<\/h1>\n

We have been quite of late on purpose we got the heads up that the new owners of 32 Hoole Road, Chester was about to be sold for a massive profit of 71%.<\/h2>\n

As regular readers will have guessed by now it was only a matter of time before we had absolute proof that Clyde and Company was as corrupt as we first claimed but now we can prove it!<\/p>\n

Let’s start by telling the story again that the directors of Clyde and company through their defense solicitors Kennedy’s claims that poor old Clyde had nothing to do with the selling of 32 Hoole Road even though the land registry says other wise!<\/p>\n

They also claim their solicitors never sold 32 Hoole road to cheap but they also claim their Salford offices never broke 3 Tomlin orders that the court wanted it sold no less than \u00a3750,000.<\/p>\n

Charlotte Pritchard sold it without the probate courts permission on the 7th July 2022 for just \u00a3490,000 to solicitors in North Wales that just happens to do business with other dodgy based Chester Solicitors.<\/p>\n

So 18 months later they flipped this bargain of the century for a 71% profit after 18 months and even then they actually sold it for \u00a3100,000 less than its true value obviously wanting to stay within stamp duty and tax liability limits.<\/p>\n

Surprise, surprise it was sold on without going on the open market the probate scammers dreams are made of everyone gets a piece of the pie and action.<\/p>\n

Clyde and Company claims, nothing to do with us gov!<\/p>\n

James Beresford and Charlotte Pritchard was employed by Clyde and Company and it was allegedly signed by both on the land registry deeds signed and officially stamped as such on the land registry.<\/p>\n

As anyone can see on the image on the left of this page James signed it in the office with an electronic signature which at the time is not even a legal sale.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes this probate Scam story just keeps on giving, Beresford a top legal 500 obviously was leaned on before he got out of this probate scamming high life.<\/p>\n

Pritchard moved on to another dodgy outfit in Manchester god help anyone that’s rich enough to let these jokers anywhere near your estates.<\/p>\n

Yes probate sites can say what they like but we at probate scam likes to do it with screen captures as no courts can argue we are making it up as we go along.<\/p>\n

The land registry is corrupt as the lot of them, the RICS man stated it was only worth \u00a3345,000 and RICS thinks 300% out in valuation is fine and dandy, the courts in a TOMLIN order was ignored even after Clyde and company took on an undertaking not to sell the property for under 750k.<\/p>\n

Then the local estate agents ignored the Tomlin order as well 2 months later, they are all part of the same probate scamming team, you have been warned.<\/p>\n

SDL Auctions were the only ones is this sorry mess that actually pulled the plug on BLM law that was taken over later by Clyde and Company on July 1 2022.<\/p>\n

Seven days before 22 Hoole road was sold by these so-called professional legal Muppets.<\/p>\n

One fact about this case that is baffling is the fact every time a new Barrister gets commissioned to fight this injustice they get nobbled or get more lucrative work as the last two were found out both signed contracts and both failed to do anything at all!<\/p>\n
